Flag of Remembrance, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") respects your concerns about privacy: your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information regarding our use of photographs and other information collected about victims of the September 11th attacks from those who send us such information and from users of this website. If at any time you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, you may always contact a representative of Flag of Remembrance, Inc., by sending an e-mail to contact@flagofremembrance.com prior to our dissolution.

Personal Information

Having completed production of the Flag of Remembrance, our organization is in the process of dissolving and contributing all our assets to the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, Inc. These assets include all correcpondence we received in connection with the submission of photographs and images for, and the production of, the Flag of Remembrance. Unless you contact us or the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation and request the destruction or return of any such correspondence sent by you, it will become the property of that Foundation and our privacy policy will no longer apply. The World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, Inc. has informed us that it will maintain these materials only for historical and archival purposes, and will generally only permit limited access to them for such purposes. If you would like any such correspondence sent by you returned or destroyed rather than contributed to the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation please e-mail us at contact@flagofremembrance.com prior to our dissolution, or after such time you may contact the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation at (212) 227-7722
